This is great, but how do you get the little feet on the bottom of the bulbs like in the first picture?
try putting a few beads of superglue on the bottom and letting them dry in bumps before putting the plant material inside. a glue gun would probably work pretty well
This is pretty cool… Funny though, how I’ve seen crackheads/tweakers/cokers use the same exact method for extracting the filament in order to turn the bulb into a pipe.
what is the sandy stuff? and do you need to add any type of seeds?
pretty sure that sandy stuff is Vermiculite, its used to hold moisture in potted plants.
Really neat idea, but i had a few questions; whats the brown grainy stuff, and why do u need to cook it? Also, is it necessary to add and seeds in the light-bulb, or is that the moss growing?
You can buy those little feet…usually you can get them for furniture – think like glass tabletops that have lil’ stick-on bumpers – they are a couple bucks for a pack of them.
Home Depot, Lowe’s, or call a furniture chain like Rooms to Go.
